Written and Performed by Florencia Iriondo
Enchanting and unconventional, "South" is an original one-woman show with a South American folk-pop score that will make you feel nostalgic for a place or time you call home.
A young girl lives a joyful life in the southernmost place in the world: Ushuaia, Argentina, until her family is forced to leave their beloved home to start over in New York City.
A female-led story about finding one’s roots, “South” explores themes of belonging, family, and identity, inspired by Florencia’s experiences as a Latina living in the US.
Demo of VENGO DEL SUR (I come from the South) Below. Stay tuned for the release of the EP “South” in October 2020 .
