Recently in October 2025, SMALL completed a sold out run to critical acclaim at The Old Globe Theatre, CA. The show first premiered at Penguin Rep Theatre, NYC in the Spring of 2022 and went on to successful runs in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Oklahoma. 

Robert Montano, the show's creator and performer with whom the story is based, earned both Drama Desk and Drama League Award Nominations off the heels of a limited run at 59E59, NYC championed by Chita Rivera and Ted Snowdon.
