Hi! I'm excited to help get your unique vision to stage...

Fran Kirmser on way to 2018 Tony Awards

After a career ending dance injury,

I began working on the other side of the stage producing and providing services in what became the first consulting company dedicated to emerging artists. Here artists can obtain help with fundraising and promotion of their art, production services and career development.

As a producer of Broadway and the performing arts stage,

primarily I focus on material I conceive and vision out before putting together a team of artists to realize the work. Most of what my company has produced appears in fine-arts venues Off-Broadway in the areas of dance, theater, and music. Broadway credits include; The 2009 Tony Award winner for Best Musical Revival, HAIR, the 2013 Tony Award winner for Best Revival of a Play WHO'S AFRAID OF VIRGINIA WOOLF?, GLENGARRY GLEN ROSS starring Al Pacino, and the world premiere of August Wilson's RADIO GOLF, the last play and final chapter in an epic ten-play cycle by Wilson, one of our nation's greatest playwrights.

I strive to develop provocative and inspiring stories about our world with like minded artists.

Off the heels of the 2008 financial crisis, I conceived a sports series for stage to explore leadership, competition, teamwork, drive and resilience. Developing first LOMBARDI, a new play based on the life of Iconic Leader and Hall of Fame Football Coach Vince Lombardi. LOMBARDI was produced in association with the NFL and was the longest running play of it’s Season where it brought in an estimated 146,000 new patrons to the Broadway theater for the first time. and was optioned for feature film by Legendary Pictures. Additional Broadway shows in the sports trilogy includes MAGIC/BIRD, based on the incredible friendship and rivalry of basketball titans Magic Johnson and Larry Bird, and BRONX BOMBERS based on the team history of The New York Yankees. Currently our team produces AMERICAN SCOREBOARD which follows our current administration and presents actors of stage and screen performing verbatim Senate and Congressional hearings without intentional slant or interpretation in an effort to get to know who makes up our government and what they stand for.

Service to the field of dance includes,

work with Doug Varone, Lucinda Childs, Shen Wei, Francesca Harper, Donna Uchizono, Pascal Riuolt, Dance Brazil, Martha Graham Dance Company, among many others helping companies and hundreds of emerging dance artists build their careers forward with the help in fundraising, career planning, production, marketing and publicity while they work in such venues as The Joyce Theater, the Actors Fund Theater, New York City Center, Brooklyn Academy of Music and New York Live Arts.

An Arts Advocate,

I've served on funding panels in the fine and performing arts such as New York Foundation for the Arts. I've taught master classes at Columbia University, NYU Tisch School of the Arts, and Universities across the country as well as Commercial Theater Institute and HB Studio where I sit on the HB Artistic Council. I have served as a Tony Voter for five years and recently co-authored the book A LIFE IN DANCE ~ A practical guide. The book is required reading in Universities across the country, now available on Amazon, and available on this site
